Being an Indonesian application has nothing to do with our recommendation and although it is advertised as additional protection for your computer, you can ask yourself why would you add extra protection to the antivirus program you already have installed on your system by deploying yet another program.

In case of a antivirus plus firewall defense team, this is totally understandable. Thus, installing Smadav reveals your lack of trust towards your actual security. This can easily be resolved by getting a smarter solution rather than putting your PC to extra, nonsense work.

Smadav can only detect even the most popular test file on the Internet if you choose to scan it and does not interfere when you are downloading it or even running it. This sums up the efficiency of the software at hand when it comes to real time protection.
Although it’s main aim is to help you create a much stronger protection plan from threats by adding USB armor and helmet for the off-line detection, the whole idea behind this particular piece of software is pointless.

Working with Smadav does not feel like such a great experience both visually and functionally. It has poor quality written all over it and it just does not take an advanced user to realize that. And it also takes just a couple of minutes to become irritated by its general performance.
All in all, Smadav can only steal precious minutes from your time and nothing more. Its features do not comply with the current software era and, frankly, if you are not happy with your antivirus solution, go with the big boys. There are a lot of them and they even do not cost that much.

Note:- Windows update doesn’t like if you touch WinSxS. It will just install the System Update Readiness Tool,
Which will Re-install a bunch of shit into WinSxS,
and then updates will fail because they attempt to update stuff that doesn’t exist.Some updates will install, others will not.
